What do you look for in a pub?

As the title says; what does a pub need for you to keep coming back to it? Specific map cycle? Unlocks banned? Class limits?

Good server FPS, all unlocks allowed (it’s a pub for Christ’s sake), good regulars, adminned proficiently, fixed weapon spreads, no damage variance.

no custom maps, ppl with common sense, 24 slots, standard respawns, no crappy mods, no mic spamming… big list yes, but i rarely frequent pubs (maybe once or twice a week).
No respawn time. It’s supposed to be mindless uncomplicated fun. I don’t wanna wait for 20 seconds because I tried a retard jump at a medic or something silly.
Also, sometimes I’ve experienced people calling. That’s just wrong.
18 slots, good 5cp maps, no crits/spread, not in russia, good players
oh and no custom models or sounds

Ideal pub:
No crits/spreads, no more than 24 slots, reasonable class limits, all unlocks allowed.
Vanilla + regularly added custom maps that are actually good so community can check them.
NO voting for next map, but might be some general maps voting which’d affect the chance of their appearance.
No trolls, overall good atmosphere (highly subjective), at least someone talking in comms (not necessary game related) or it’s boring.

preferably from a well known community
also any servers with advantages for paying people, fake playercounts and shitty troll admins get insta blacklisted

+ fucking 1 to that. Maybe no crits, that would be nice, and nothing over 24 people. Any decent cp or whatever map, as long as it’s not PLR_ ffs.
My blacklist is holds like 300 entries cause of shitty achievement_ and/or fake player count servers.

– NO BULLSHIT MAPS, im trying to tell the GoT community that many times but they wont listen and as a result their server is empty. Just stick to some popular non-custom maps.
– Also no mapvotes, it makes me ragequit when some shitmap gets more votes then the one i wanted.
