Would be so awesome if we could use the viewmodel_fov 70, mmm.

i want to feel faster, tf2 feels way to slow.
I am for, but only if it can only be set once per map or something so that people can’t make scripts like :
alias +waitingsomwhereanddontwanttobesurprised “fov 120”
alias -waitingsomwhereanddontwanttobesurprised “fov 100”
bind z +waitingsomwhereanddontwanttobesurprised
On second thoughts, maybe i’ll just use that if it’s possible :)

I think play in fov_120 would totally denature the gameplay of TF2. I don’t see the point in play in fov_120. What the game isn’t fast enough ? Get back to quake 3. The spirit of TF2 is braining, backshooting and team playing. But doing this, I mean play in fov_120, you fuck the all thing. It’s so easy to be spotted right now with a fov_90. How will it be with fov_120 ?!
I’m totally okay with the splash dommage, because it makes sense. Maybe because I don’t like random.
But TF2 is a game randomy*, so I prefer not to make any change in the game and not denature all game.

And for the whiners, fov 110 gives not really more sight than fov 90, it just feels a lot nicer and more natural. Not to mention that competitive gaming is about skillz, and to remain unseen because of low fovs (in comparison to all other games) is no skill.
