Problems with Chris FPS Config

Hey folks,
after re-installing TF2 i wanted to use Chris FPS Config. Everything is fine but i black squares are appearing instead of blood
Anyone know how to fix it ? Maybe you Chris ;)

Aye, might just be because Germany has that weird censorship.

Thats because you’re playing in dx8.
Use Chris dx9 cfg instead.
