Help with Demo Playback

I used to use a lot higher sensitivity + my 4:3 CRT before i stopped playing TF2 on a competitive level, and now i’m playing a little more again i’m curious to see what my old game looked like as scout. I’ve been trying to play the following demo, but i’ve not had any luck with that or google: http://www.gotfrag.com/tf2/demos/26653/

Anyone know how i can play it back? I found this: http://www.gotfrag.com/tf2/forums/thread/390143 – but it’s only for demos between 19 August 2008 – 16 February 2009
The current error i’m getting is as follows:

You are going to need an older, non-steam TF2. Add me on steam, will be online tonight after work :)

I’m just about to format my HDD and so if i encounter any problems along the way, i’ll probably have to go straight into the ESH games when i get back online later this evening.
If that is indeed the case (touch wood it’s not), i’ll make sure to message you on Steam either afterwards or tommorrow Spike.

Spike nvc’s demos should run on the same version you gave me as that was only a month after reality lan. If you upload the demo nvc i can check for ya right now.

demo wont play, so there must have been a demo breaking update between March 22nd ’09 and April 28th ’09.

Haha oh god, thanks for checking mate! Of all the demos i’d ever upload (1) it could’ve only ever been the most annoying :D
