Have you tried looking at your clock speed in cpu-z or something? Once my BIOS just dropped to clock speed really low without my knowing. Worth a try.

You have updated your GPU driver?

update all your drivers.
LAN drivers
graphic drivers etc.

That worked out for me. I had the same and huge drops every 30 seconds with audio delays and random spawining ;).
