Hi, I’m in a pretty newly formed team, the rosters been changing wildly but now were joining div 6 and i think the roster is pretty stable…. seeing as we are doing our first league play I was thinking if maybe I should try getting a mentor to help me out a bit on tactics. I’ve met alot of good soldiers that have “mini-mentored” me during pugs or mixes, but there is always more to learn :) I’m available from 1700 CET to 2200 CET
Your best bet is to ask someone on IRC. A few people I’d probably ask if I was looking for soldier mentoring are Coinz/Haunter from TCM. Lovely people too.

Don’t ask any soldiers, ask the medics what they want to see from a pocket. Much more efficient and you’ll be loved more

Talk to your medic, but more importantly, listen to him.
Outside games, play on pubs with your medic. Swap roles. Get to know eachother’s playing style.
Also, work with your roamer; swap with him sometimes so you know what’s going on at the other end of the team as well.
Play on DM servers and kill scouts.
