Bollocks. Offclassing is a legitimate tactic for the very reason that the other team doesn’t expect you to. The rules limit Snipers, Spies, Engineers, Heavies and Pyros to 2, give me one actual reason not to use these classes then.

Do you also complain when a team puts on a different map than Badlands or Granary? I’ve only been playing comp for ~3 months and I’m already getting sick of the same 2 maps over and over and over again.

Yeah sure, everyone gets the occasional troll team, but just because it’s not “standard format” doesn’t mean it’s not fun. In fact, it requires us to come up with new tactics on the spot, which is in itself also excellent training.

Now if a team is actually much better and are playing their standard classes (we’ve had a few div4-5 teams looking for low- matches) then you pretty much know this after the first round you get rolled. The game lasts 10 minutes and then you just leave and look for another game. No big deal.

i had a similar experience with skill fakers, but it was enjoyable, we played a low- mix with Extremer in it.

What? You’re saying you can be mid- skilled while being div6 skilled cause you’re not working well as a team?

Maybe you mean this: You can be put in div6 even though your team is mid-(div4) skilled then i’d say theres nothing wrong with looking for mid- aslong as you give the other mid- team a good game, instead of being rolled in 5 mins and going: ZOMG U HACK OMFG UR NOT MID-, then theyre replying: yes sir we are mid- you’re terribad, so just be aware on what skill level you can play if you KNOW you can handle a certain skill level by all means play it but hey if i’m gonna look for a mid game and i keep owning teams in 10 mins i start to think about finding mid+ games and then mid+ people will go: zomg ur not mid+! and so the shit begins.. get your facts straight dont get owned play your own skill level gg hf xoxo

it just kept happening all night like 2 more or 3 times that day so i thought there might be a solution to this … man we wasted a whole night playing against trolls :]

anyway nothing bad about the community, just started college (Mechanics-Production Mecha-tronics Engineering) so i wanted to study & have “real” fun for while not troll fun :>

still was a gg & we hope that one day we play against u but “onclass” :>

Thats the fact. You dont. They go spy heavy pyro and waste 30 mins of your life. Off classing can be fine, but you wont ever see double engie in an official match, therefor you cant learn from facing it.

How about just using the ladder a bit more? The advantages are COUNTLESS.
