As much as I love e-drama, byte is right. I couldn’t really see blatant hacks in that video. I think if you took a demo of anyone and wireframed it, claimed it was dodgy and posted it on a forum people would probably still start shouting “blatant hacks” as you cannot hear comms.

The rest could of all been compromised from comms, general prediction aim. Him checking for a spy at spawn is kinda normal if ppl find that dodgey then I guess I should be banned too for the infinite times I've spotted a spy even if I haven't heard him.

Another thing, him shooting rockets on the left side of cp3 in valley (prediction rockets) watch any soldier in div 1 if they do this (which they do tbh).

There's plenty more I could mention that isn't conclusive enough, in the clip(s) shown but at 5:15 thats the only real bit of evidence that is unacceptable aka dodgey/cheating!

Again I'm not saying he is NOT cheating, I'm just saying the evidence shown is not enough to warrant a ban, only a "smell" of being looked at for the future.

I have to agree with Byte here. A lot of stuff Demourge calls out in the video is just general gamesense/aim. For example, the part at 6:00 with the HWG. Ingame he would have heard him spin down his minigun. Which is a good time to attack, because you can probably pop off 2 shotgun shots before he can damage you again. And because he already was fighting the guy I’m pretty sure he would have done some math with regards to the damage needed. 5:15 smells bad (but could still be legit, sometimes you have a soldier wait in the valley there for your team to make a push of to support a backcap). Even the first part with the spy is not dodgy enough to warrant an instant ban. Its a normal place to sit as a spy, or any class for that matter, because you normally don’t see it when you run out of the spawn. Also, spy could have been called. I’m not saying he isn’t hacking/cheating, I’m just playing the devils advocate here.

Yawn Demsi, the clip(s) shown is not even 30% useful, honestly I could be alot worse with what content has been submitted, I know to alot of people who are untrained to catching cheaters will think WOW THIS IS HAX, when it clearly is not enough proof.

I’d like to give someone the opportunity to take one of my demos from 2009 as demoman and r_drawothermodels 1 and see what I can see. I’m sure it’d look more dodgey than what you have submitted here. That alone says it all….
