I just noticed that you can only see Voicechat in the teamchat when you can hear it.
also you can only see the cross of wounded players if they shout for a medic if you can hear it.
is it a bug or a new secret feature?!

He probably means voice commands like “Spy!”, that are ‘written’ in teamchat as well.
So, what to do with it?

okay once again for the stupid people in here:
if a teammate uses “Spy!” Voicecommand you can only see it in the teamchat if you can hear the Voicecommand.
if you play Medic and a teammate shouts for the medic and you cannot hear the Voicecommand (cos you are to far away from him) you won´t see the symbol that someone needs heal too also you dont see it in the teamchat.
