taken screenshots are black

howdy,
i’m having a very annoying problem with the ingame screenshot function of tf2: the taken screens are totally black.
guess it’s some kind of ati driver bug but it could also be a tf2 bug. i just wanted to know if someone of you guys knows the problem and what to do.
atm i’m using the ati catalyst 8.2 (radeon x1800, win xp sp2)

set mat_queue_mode 0 and it’s gonna be aaight.
No other solutions? I also have this problem but mat_queue_mode 2 gives a performance boost so I rather not turn it off.
