Pretty simple, thought everyone would get it by now. Nobody likes waiting 45 minutes for you to get your team in-game (looking at you, 8U Gaming)
I understand your frustration. What is more annoying is the other team getting 5 on, and no matter how many times you ask them when their last is coming or what is wrong… they dont respond at all!

the more or less only good thing about cs is that u had about 30 sec to enter the server or kick
Erm, We got some haters? Sorry things happen, some people crash some have internet issues, its life, things change man. Appologies if you feel so strongly about it.

being a dumbass, how to: ignoring the fact that this thread is not about rarely dropping players but people who are lookin for a mix when they need another 15 minutes to complete their team. thanks.

i totally understand the feeling. 3 different teams did this to us tonight. fair enough if they answer your request for a match, but if you answer their request you expect them to have 6 ready and waiting
