Help me find a hitsound

I recently reinstalled Windows on my PC and unfortunately forgot to backup my TF2 stuff, now I can’t find this custom hitsound I’ve been using since you can use custom hitsounds. I also don’t know from which game it actually is D:

Already looked there, I can’t find it. It doesn’t seem to be there.
I got the sound from a thread in the etf2l forums but I can’t find it anymore.
sounds kinda like buttons/button17.wav pitched down :o
