changelog:
– made the Batman crosshair easily usable by adding it to hudlayout.res
– fixed the main menu notifications
– fixed the oldschool TargetID HP value not being vertically centered
– made the border of the chatbox thinner
– fixed the shadow-fix (prev. Low-Res) HP file not using the correct font
– the alternative HP file now also fixes the shadow on high resolutions
– updated clientscheme.res
– accurately centered the winpanel
– updated the Readme file
– fixed the vote HUD (removed the kick reason selector)

Minor suggestion for future versions: Backpack page switching with A&D. Very useful for people who move stuff around in their backpacks.
Extract resource/ui/econ/BackpackPanel.res from tf2_misc_dir.vpk, put the res in custom/userstuff/resource/ui/econ, open it and change those two things:
under “PrevPageButton”
“labelText” “&A”
under “NextPageButton”
“labelText” “&D”

Here is my problem. I use Aron’s crosshair switcher for my crosshairs. So I use it, and I also use Brosel’s circle. Is there a way to make it so that the circle is only class specific, cause it isn’t very nice when I play sniper.

You can enable the hud circle in minmode and hidden in regular. Then just in the sniper cfg use cl_hud_minmode 1. It’s not perfect but it’s as close as you can get really to class specific as far as I know.

That’s one possibility but multiple class-specific HUD crosshairs can only be realised by using achievement tracker crosshairs and that’s quite complicated. G-Mang HUD uses them if you want to take a look at it.

Any plans on integrating the new 3D avatar in the HUD? I have integrated it manually for now, especially since it’s useful as a Spy.
I’m getting the “Turn 3D option on/off?” question everytime I join a server. Is this HUD related?

No, your config is probably read-only or something. Put cl_hud_playerclass_use_playermodel “0” somewhere into your config.

Thanks, the map timer is awesome!
However, there is a “remnant” appearing below the round timer for me, any idea how to get rid of it?
