Dingalings dont work

Tried everything, restart tf2, windows, audio drivers. Dunno what to do. Any suggestions?
normal or custom hit sound?
Play the sound in your autoexec.
Custom, did everything good, now changed one thing, gonna check.

I have a problem with custom dingaling: after a while of playing, I can’t hear it anymore…sometimes along with other sounds like crit hits/being hit. Any ideas on that?
snd_restart seems to bring back the crit stuff, but not the dingaling.

i had the same problem i reinstalled tf2 and its sorted. now the only problem i have is i can’t hear hit sounds. can anyone help?
i had the same
go ingame and type tf_dingaling in your console than you have to look if there is tf_dingaling 1″
If yes delete the ” and it works :)
go ingame type in your console:
tf_dingaling 1
tf_dingaling_override “”
if that doesnt work write again
