English, if all voice commands / shouts everything were dutch I would play dutch.
Why? probably it will be funny as hell.

English. Portuguese translations make me facepalm and wonder if the guy that translated the names was high when working X_X
I play TF2 in English, and even if it would be translated to my native language (Dutch) I would still use the english one.

I’ve never played in a team or mix where everyone speaks Dutch, I think it would freak me the fuck out :P My comms would also be terrible and I’d just revert to English.
Het was wel hilarisch om met Icecream in de coffeeshop te zitten en over TF2 te ouwehoeren in het Nederlands :D

Just my opinion but using nothing else than English is bit stupid. No original messages/sounds etc. Just like Germans usually dub every fucking movie and tv-series.
