Getting chokes :S

Lately days i’m getting alot of choke, like from 10 to 30. Screen http://img413.imageshack.us/img413/9370/cpbadlands0024.jpg

your rates are too high for ur fps, hence the chocke… u have rates set to 66 packets per sec, yet once it drops it gets tagged as choke
do you get choke when you play on a good server?
that servers FPS = 65

your cmdrate is 10?.. wtf
well try:
rate 30000
cl_cmdrate 66
cl_updaterate 66
and you also get choke if your fps drops under 66.
Try chris’ fps config?
you have windows 7?

I don’t get any chokes then playing on 1000 fps server or around 500. But if it has less fps, that’s could be the reason why i’m getting chokes.
