I think I figured out who Pyro is, he is Abraham Lincon.

Here is the proof :
http://www.teamfortress.com/loosecanon/05.html – Look at the picture where mercenaries are displayed, there are nine of them, I think they are some sort of old TF2 classes. And the last guy on the left with a hat is holding flamethrower, that is probably Abraham Lincon.

i agree with fu manchu and stonewall jackson makes sense but the beard doesnt fit :/
