Fixed bullet penetration problems with Linux dedicated server.

That server browser thingy was available for quite long time, I guess in Beta UI update.
-Filter panel now starts expanded, instead of hidden.
that is just bullshit! why would i want that? they just cant fix it, so they decided, hey, if we cant fx it, lets just say its intended!

But I tried on a TF2 server and while coming back from ALT TAB I had “Connection problem”, lol.
I then tried and CSS and worked fine here, but it might just be random.

at least I dont lag ingame :D
but srsly, its not intended:
-if you move with your mouse over the filter button, the button moves down and it has all the time the color like the mouse would be on it, unless you click it, then it’s normal
– even if you start in your favortites tab, the internet list refreshes, which causes like one minute of choppy gameplay, if you dont stop the refresh of it… (i lose some important seconds there :D )
-Added new ConVar mp_windifference_min to be used with mp_windifference.

I assume it makes sure a game wont end when the difference between the scores is not more or equal to the value of the command.

i think he just meant that:
if you set this new command to, let’s say 10, and mp_windifference to 2, the game won’t end if scores are for example 2:0, 5:1, 9:7, only when one of the teams has 10 points. so the valid ending will now be 10:8, 11:9, etc.
haven’t tested it yet, but i assume it works that way.
on the other hand, is now any difference between setting mp_winlimit to 10 and mp_difference to 2 to do the same thing i said before? now i don’t know what to believe :D

The way I see it the command says minimum windifference. So with windifference_min 2 the difference between the scores will have to be 2, so not 5-5 but 5-7. bu then again, I’m just guessing :p
