Steam lagging massively

Hey, guys are you exprencing some major steam lag, nothing is working how it should
Yeah Steam is down. Has been down (and occasionally up for a few seconds/2 minute max) for the past few hours for me.
Steam is weird today.. I think they are doing some preparations for E3 :D

I emailed gabe asking if the servers are down because of the engineer update and if it means half life episode 3 is going to be announced, he replied with
“It isn’t half life 2 episode 3”
SO OMG THIS MEANS THEY ARE MAKING DUKE NUKEM THEMES FOR STEAM
