fps config please

Hey, im new to the game and have been playing TF2 with around 40/50 fps now. I’d like more so could someone point me in the direction of a fps config please. If you can then thanks a lot.

this is a little tweaker program I used on my old pc. gave me a 30 fps boost in all situations.
I do warn you, it’s makes tf2 look horribly ugly. but hell who needs graphics when your enemy’s are blue
