If it’s a different 6v6 tournament your after the best way to go about it would be a change in the class limits – although blasphemous you could increase the demo limit to 2 or possibly increase medic limit 2, 1 kritz 1 uber this in itself would change the game dramatically.
A game fully based around utility classes would simply be a slightly organised pub.
limit 1 classes, or maybe just 1 pf each class…I know lets have a tournament where a team of all 9 classes are played…lets invite the whole TF2 community to participate!

that would have been a tournament with terrible gameplay.
