I could make sure russian subforumz is clean and accurate. If you really are about to make a subforum like that – I could help.
Bubbles the admins have already responded plenty of times in this topic, we need just two things –
1. An admin to moderate it
2. Sufficient demand to actually warrant creating it. The other forums were created because of popular demand, since their creation there hasn’t been a single topic asking for a Russian forum (with the exception of this one). Given that (please correct me if I’m wrong) you wouldn’t be using the Russian forum yourself, this thread doesn’t qualify as sufficient demand to create a forum.

This topic seems to have hit the brick wall where nothing new is happening, If people from certain countries would like a sub forum so they can speak in their own language then please mention it on IRC to an admin and if we have an admin who can read the language and is able to regulate it then we have no issues making one as long as its used!!!
