Now that maps from the secondary mappool can only be subbed in when 2 teams picked the same map in one match, isnt it a bit senseless to have a 3rd party mappool as well? And tbh, noone will ever, ever, EVER choose a map like redstone_b2 or science2 to be played, so its useless. The maps in the secondary mappool are fine as it is (maybe add badwater).
