when making a rec post, default the division to open

as of writing this there are three rec posts up for prem that are written by open players who didn’t notice the drop down menu for division, switch the default to open or something like (none selected) to circumvent this?
I reckon we just give them a shot in prem tbh
Can we blacklist posts and comments in the recruitment section containing “prem” made by people who haven’t played a match in high or above?
or within that page there could be a small description of the tiers and how they work

ye this will make alot of sens, i bet all the new people wont be confused at all why their recpost doesnt show up adn they will be like “oh i bet its just blacklisted because i chose the wrong div (whatever those divs are…)”
defaulting to open is a good idea imo
