Balkan flag?

There are other mixed countries flags, why not implement the Balkan?
We’ve been proven the cleanest players of ETF2L, and we deserve a reward :P.

To all parts of the balkan i visited, most people are just normal “city” people. Only a few actually own farms and even they have internet
