Yes, I understand the phrase, I just don’t see how saying yes, we’ll get onto this issue you have raised, it’s just we feel other changes and work are higher priority right now, is being a dick.

I’m not being a dick. I’m pointing out a fact.
No need to get angry because the volunteers aren’t doing what you want them to do.
As for “can’t be bothered” – our coders are very motivated to do a lot of things, and as it stands, they have a lot of things to do.
If you can give them a good reason why this 4-minute-issue is more important than the other 200 4-minute-issues, then by all means share, and they may raise priority on this one.

Please don’t use “OH BUT WE IS VOULTEER” as an argument. No one is forcing you to do anything, but you volunteer to do certain things and those things are of course expected of you.
im not sure how fixing something thats not even broken should be a volunteers responsibility :o

I was merely pointing out that the coders are really busy and they have a to-do list with loads of other stuff, most of which also are “4 minute fixes”.
Like I said – if you can argue that this one is more important than all the other stuff, then by all means make your point clear. It’s not like we don’t want to listen or do anything. I apologise if it did come across like that.
