IIRC in former nations cups there was a rule like at only 1/3rd of a nations cup team may be in the same ‘proper’ 6v6 team. So colony could only have 3 of 9 players in the finnish nations team. bad english ftw.

4 of 9 will be ok :)

Dunno about how big the tournament could be, but it would be great too see many national teams from big TF2 countries.

For example, I think Finland could field about four decent highlander teams. It would be like in skiing competitions where Norway has four national teams in top ten.
