With all these crashes officials/pcws are getting ruined, especially when 4-5 of the team crash at the same time which happens very frequently and DOES change match results, can we like, pause the season till we have a crash fix? Or at least, allow scheduling for beyond the deadlines?

You can contact an admin on IRC to request an extension of the deadline. The admin will then leave an admin comment on the match page and you will not get a warning for an unplayed match after the deadline.
