Hi, I wasn’t sure where to put this topic, but it’s a request so i’ve put it here.
Please can an ETF2L Admin put http://etf2l.org/teams/11855/ back into the 6v6 Ladder (not season 8, just ladder)
I didn’t know how to do this myself, as i’m new to being a leader, but hopefully everything works out and we can start playing in the ladder! :>

i followed the signup page and ticked boxes and stuff, but every time i come back to the etf2l page, it says i haven’t signed up yet :(

Same issue. I am trying to add IDK but it drops the team automatically from ladder after few minutes. :/
From my experience:
Signed up for a ladder ages ago, got dropped because of inactivity.
Signed up a second time after a while, kept dropping us, ^might be why.
Signed up, scheduled a match, got dropped from ladder, played the match, signed up for ladder again, entered the results seeing how the match was still there, after that we didn’t get dropped from the ladder.
So that might be a possible ‘solution’. Not sure if the enemy has to confirm the results while you’re still signed up for the ladder or not. Hell, not sure if that even works, I know it worked for me :P
Once your team has been inactive on the ladder once, you’re forever marked as such, until you submit scores for a game again.
Just play a game and submit scores and everything will be fine again :)

Is there any reason that teams are kicked after only fourteen days?
This limit is one of the reasons the ladder has such a low uptake rate imo. If teams were left on the ladder for maybe a couple of months it would be much more likely for them to arrange a match before they get removed.
There has been plenty of teams that couldn’t manage to arrange 1 league match in 14 days, never mind a ladder match! Coming back to find yourself removed and having to go through the ‘re-add’ bug, mentioned above, is an easily avoidable annoyance.
Why not leave teams on for 2 months before kicking them?
you could put a warning or something on their profile
like it now says [dropped], could make something like [this team has been inactive for 2 weeks], 3 weeks etc and after 4 weeks they get dropped?
(idontevenknow if thats possible but just an idea..)

Well, you leave the main ladder after 2 weeks, and maybe a ladder challenge from a young upstart will spark an inactive team into becoming active again, certainly kicking an inactive team wont help promote stability and growth!

Yeah because with this rule in place there are plenty of opponents to choose from in the first place.
Oh wait, nobody plays ladder.
