Hud alerts for spy?

Recently ive seen a livestream where a guy got text “spy nearby” on his hud. If it actually pops out every time spys decloak can be heard then isnt it kind of broken? Tbh i dont know if the hud reacts to decloak sounds or spys voice commands.
