Nvidia settings, set to full screen and check the box with “overwrite game’s settings”

you need to install the beta drivers for windows 8.1, it should work then

i have gt920+intel hd graphics 5500 laptop. donr have monitor settings or smth in nvidia control panel + i hate blackbars
