First time i got such a thing : my mouse works fine if i stay still and don’t press any button, i can aim wherever i want, but if i start to move, or just press a button, a bind, my mouse will get stuck for like 1 second before i can move it -if i go back to not moving- so i basically can’t play at all …
Any idea what could cause this ?

Could be a problem with your OS or, you could try to uninstall and after install the mouse drivers.

laptops have a setting that disables all mouse input when you are typing, might be something related to that.
