Player models in tf2 suddenly just started looking very dark, so as the intelligence briefcase and hud which is completely black. Trued removing the configs and everything in launch options, didn’t help. Is my video dying?

switched to dx9 ?

Switched to dx9 and it now works fine, don’t know what the problem was really, everything worked well on dx8 before.
