Possible to have a small but HD resolution

Hello I would like to know if it’s possible to have a small but HD resolution in TF2 because I play 800 times 600 is when I play is not very HD if you can help me thank you :)

If you play 800×600, you get 800×600 in whatever graphic settings you enter.

High-definition video is video of higher resolution and quality than standard-definition. While there is no standardized meaning for high-definition, generally any video image with more than 480 horizontal lines (North America) or 576 lines (Europe) is considered high-definition. 720 scan lines is generally the minimum even though the majority of systems greatly exceed that

You want MSAA at max and it will turn your fps into shit.

FYI HD these days <= 1080i

If you want 800×600 wiyh blackborders or stretched there is no such thing as HD
Window mode probably wont help you since as the name suggests you get a tiny af window
