Server crashing when falling in pits

Pretty much title, my friend has a server that I use for comp, and everytime you fall into pits (upward last/third, steel last/ croissant on the sides of 2nd, for example) the server just crashes
Any idea what could cause this?
check all your plugins installed, maybe it’s a log plugin which can’t handle deaths by environment
