resolution problem help :v

hello, i had this problem before but how i fixed, i have no idea
its like i was playing with 1280×720 with older cfg
when i changed the cfg, the tf2 isnt allowing me to launch at that resolution, it launchs, but with other resolution and black lines everywhere. i think its a problem of “launching driver” (or i dont know what its called), D3D, software and stuff, like that. anyone knows how to fix this?
right click tf2 in your library and go to properties, then click “set launch options” and add “-w 1280 -h 720” (without “”)

m8 i know how to use launch options and i am launching with that. that doesnt help
Update your gfx drivers, or roll back if you had an update recently.
