Disabling hurt sound

Since hurt sound distracts me I’m wondering how can I disable it?
If you want to disable it in pcws/officials you will not be able to because match servers use sv_pure 2.
If you want to use it on non-matchservers you can probably just replace the hurt sounds by custom muted ones in your /custom folder.
