Mumble on, sluttering in tf2

When i turn on mumble even when not in server, my game becomes choppy and with huge input lag.

EDIT:doesnt seem to happen in CSS

still lagging

seems to happen with overlay

seems to only happen with latest works fine with 1.2.2

by default it runs on all cores and High priority, try reducing it to 1 core and Normal/Below Avarage priority?
