Why is my lerp permanently orange on my offline server?

Usually my lerp is 14.9 and yellow everywhere I play, now it has started flashing yellow/orange on pretty much every server.

I really don’t understand rates too much but to me orange indicates bad when it’s usually yellow.

My rates:
cl_autoreload 1
cl_interp 0
cl_interp_ratio 2
cl_updaterate 67
cl_cmdrate 67

and my config sets interp_ratio for soldier
cl_interp_ratio 0.0152

While we are at it someone explain what the different colors mean.

It’s the opposite. Yellow is bad, orange is fine.

Personally I use this
cl_cmdrate 67
cl_interp 0.024
cl_interp_ratio 1
cl_lagcompensation 1
cl_updaterate 67
rate 60000

and white?

White is fine too. It just means your interp is higher than 1/cl_updaterate IIRC.

Bucake

keep in mind it can just as well be server-side when it goes yellow. (as in bad server or bad server settings.)
