i was looking for the plugin for aa while without any success..
looking for tutorial or something like that to add a surf/bhop plugin to my server

There is no need of a plugin for surf, you just need the maps. For bunnyhop, you can use TFTrue:

to edit the acceleratopn cvars you need sourcemod as in tf2 they are locked normally
