Steam friends "list" broken

Had to restart steam this morning for an update, which broke my friendslist: http://imgur.com/ziaSu6Q it has now huge spaces between each nick, before it was clean and tidy. I have avatars off and use WP7-theme, but it doesn’t help if I put avatars on or change the theme.
Anyone?!
Have the same issue. It’s only in the beta client, so opting out will get rid of it if it’s really that much of a problem for you.
