downloaded tf2
got all my configs and huds , but they dont work.
anything stays default.
my tf2 folder is in steamapps common tf
any custom content needs to go in /tf/custom/randomname/*
for instance /tf/custom/stuff/cfg

my cfg works inside of tf.
tf/cfg and it works just fine.
but the hud is in custom.
If you are struggling with installing a hud properly, download rayshud. It’s almost fully customizable and has a very convenient installer. AnimaL already explained where everything has to go, so as a last resort use the installer that rayshud comes with.
