can you clarify, it starts at dx90 on first launch or second time after you remove dxlevel81 launch?

Whatever im typing in the launch options, it starts automatically with dxlevel 90 (if i type mat_dxlevel in the console i see its set to 90), even if i type dxlevel81.
Only way it could work would be typing mat_dxlevel81 after each start but that’s not really what im into.
