i have unistalled tf2 (delete local content)

switched out huds
tried standard hud..

i just dont know how to fix this.

remove /custom folder from /tf

check if there is no Team Fortress 2 folder in your steamapps/username/

verify integrity of game cache

there is not a team fortress 2 folder in username..
verify’d the cache and deleted my entire custom folder

still does it
