resolution fucked up

like my resolution ingame is 1280×720 (fullscreen) Have Benq 22″, nvidia geforce gtx 275.
But now 2 days ago it have been like this in desktop and ingame http://mingersoft.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/04/LogMeIn-Ignition-iPhone-Remote-Desktop-Zoomed-Out.jpeg
Like i can play with full resolution but it is not the same, do somebody know how to fix it?
Updated Graphic drivers didnt help.
underscaling/overscaling, try the settings of that in the driver of the GPU.
