enable ragdolls?

i try to enable ragdolls and gibs on chris maxframe cfg,i put the eneable ragdolls commands in an uncomment them but its not working , im missing something?
Can you paste the lines from the config as you currently have them? Also, try to see if the same thing still happens when steam cloud sync is turned off.
The reason is most likely one of these: Your configs are read-only. You have two configs which contain the fps commands. Steam Cloud (as Spike said) is a possibility as well.

i have chris cfg, i delete the disable ragdoll and gibs commands , and uncomment the enable ones, i put steam cloud in tf2 off and on steam didnt work ,i restart steam
on dx9.1 ragdolls are working fine ,i dont get it :/
