my netsettings do molest me

Good day dear sirs,
it’s very unpleasant to inform you that I cant handle my netsettings. they were fine though, like 3 years ago, but now I’m not able to play without jittering and spikes anymore. Tryed both chris’ bad and good connection settings. The good one is jittery and the bad one has many spikes, therefore I tried something in the middle, and well it was kinda jittery and had some spikes. My ping is fine and the fps drops sometimes to 20 or 30. i nearly cant take it anymore :S
specs:
phenom II at 3.8ghz
windoof 7 64bit
hd 5750
the issue might be more to do with the fact ur pc is full of shit if it drops to 20fps than anything to do with rates

oh well, gunna clean my registry, and defrag my cluttered hdd.. forgot about that
