Hey,

When Im watching demos HL2.exe crashes after 2-4 secs. Anybody got same problems?
How to fix?

Are these old demos (ie from before an update) or recent ones?

In case of the latter, you could try playing around with the mat_queue (multithreading) cvar. If they are older demos, then you can either wait and hope valve fix it, or just forget about them.

Alternatively, it is possible to acquire non-steam versions (new and older) of tf2 via less legal routes. Google :)
