Hey all, Faithless here. I’m not % 100 sure if there is a thread like this already but oh well, over at ozfortress we already have a thread based on player configs created by povohat (http://ozfortress.com/showthread.php?p=853056#post853056) but I thought it would be a good idea to branch this out a bit. A few top Australian players have posted their player configs, so be sure to check them out!
This is a place for people to post their TF2 config or share the configs of notable players. I would love to see people posting as much information as possible, so others can replicate their settings 100% if they so desire.

I hope mine serves as an example of the sort of completeness that would make this thread a valuable resource.
I am also just simply interested in everyone’s configs, have a good day

Delete all the configs and put -autoconfig in launch options.

A few have alternative shit that i sometimes use. These things are commented and whenever i use them i simply uncomment them and comment the now irrelevant lines. Just clarifying in case someone needed it.
For some classes the cfg’s might still not be optimal even for me, but I’m not bothering to find out what i find good for them simply because i never play them.
Also, a sidenote: the Soldier (and the most part of the Demoman) config is copied from Platinum.
EDIT:
in fact, i just noticed my Soldier config contains a few configs of high-level players. the names are listed with the configs in the file

Hi. I’m MInd, div1 6v6 scout and prem HL sniper. Nice to meet you. Don’t get your jimmies rustled, but 90% of peoples cfgs are the same stuff from chris’s or m0res fps cfgs. Rest is crosshair swichers, medic binds and other personal preference shit that doesn’t make you good even if you copy it, let alone from someone bad.
only good thing about configs are the binds and scripts

Hello, my nickname is MInd, and I’m objectively better than you, because I play high-level competitive Team Fortress 2. Namely, I’m now playing for six-versus-six team Lutuset, divison 1 team (which is only below Premier Division, which means I’m almost as the best in the whole Europe.), as a “Scout” class, and for Highlander (nine-versus-nine) I’m playing for Colony, which is Highlander Premiership division team, as a “Sniper” class. My skill is undisputable, unlike yours. Playing these classes on such level implicate that I’m a good shot. Unlike you, again, because you didn’t played on that level. I did.
I also know a few “edgy” overused 4chan lines. So, I will use them, because it makes me look even better, comparing to you, shitter who think someone cares about their configuration files. Already feel my superiority? A dominance. Yes, I am better than you.
But wait, let me stay on topic, to show you, how your opinion means nothing: Now I have to point up, exactly ninety procent of average competitive Team Fortress 2 player’s configuration file only consist of console variables, changing mainly graphical aspect of the game, and supposed to give you more frames per second, already set up by either Chris, or M0re, known community members. Another ten procent of average competitive Team Fortress 2 player’s configuration file consist of scripts, only changing minor settings, such as crosshairs. There are also bunch of key bindings, only considered useful for “Medic” class, and other individual Team Fortress 2 adjustment through console variables. These personal settings will never make you better. Even by a little bit, not even talking about reaching a level as mine; I know what I’m talking about. It is easier to see from such heights. And, surely, using configuration files of somebody, who isn’t near my undisputable skill level, will result only in worse performance for you, as a player. You’re not allowed to have an interest in other people’s settings, too. Because there is no legitimate reason to. You’re either copying, or not. I said so, and you better take notes.
