What's up with this chris's maxframes crosshair?

So I want to use the maxframe cfg. Yet this keeps bugging me.

it’s pretty noticeable how the left curved line of the crosshair is much fatter than the right one :/

Any suggestions, ideas ?xd

Maybe testing other resolutions.
